However, the “Changjitu” region in the introduction of foreign and foreigncapital to undertake industrialtransformation, which exists many problems. For examples, there the low level of undertaking industrial transformation repeated construction of similar parks in the region and the key of investment is not prominent. What is more, it is not attach importance to the subsequent development of industry, and the capacity of supporting industries is not perfect. Among them, the most prominent problem is the “supporting light heavy investment”, which causes the undertaking industries are set without the phenomenon of poly. Therefore, faced with development of current regional economic the Changjitu region has an important subject. The subject is that how to be based on supporting industries, improve the capacity of supporting industrial and restructure the path of supporting industries.The academicresearch on the industrial transfer, it is not one-sided to encourage the government of foreign investment offer the “preferential policies” to the transfer of enterprises, but the thinking mode of policy is only to concern the quantity and ignore the quality. There few the capacity of supporting industries transformation as the point of breakthrough and to use the theory of product space, industrial upgrading and the effect of technology spillover to build a complete the sustainable economic development path of undertaking industrial transformation.This article through the supporting industries, industrial transfer and undertaking industrial transfermation theory, a clear research objectives and content, establishing industry support for the research perspective, to analyze its role in the industry to undertake and industrial upgrading, the use of products proximity, location quotient index, and other two-way two-step analysis, summed up the path selection method to enhance industrial supporting capacity-based industries to relocate.The theory is applied to the second half of the article "Changjitu" region, the provincial government of Jilin Province in recent years by the relevant regional industrial consolidation plan "Changjitu" clearly "Changjitu" regional focus of future industrial development direction.Then, "Changjitu" Regional industrial supporting capacity and industrial development of matching, supporting industries and industrial capacity to undertake the matching of the analysis, obtained following a pattern of industrial and industrial supporting capacity shortage.Finally, the problem of "Changjitu" Regional Perspective of industrial supporting capacity building to optimize the "long Kyrgyzstan map" to undertake the path-based regional industrial industrial supporting capacity upgrading. |
