Research On The Influence Of Undertaking Industrial Transfer To Upgrade The Industrial Structure In Hubei Province

In recent years,China's economic development has gradually slowed down,return to normal,indicating that China's economic and social development has entered a new stage.In this stage,the party and the government attach great importance to the industrial structure reform.Back in November 10,2015,Xi Jinping pointed out that the supply side reform major decisions for the first time at the eleventh meeting of the central leading group.Since then,supply side structural reform has become the most important direction and task of China's economic and social development.The CPC Central Committee,the State Council issued the ‘On further promoting the agricultural supply side structural reforms to accelerate a number of opinions,cultivation of agricultural and rural development in new energy',that is directly to the agricultural industry supply side reforms as the primary task for the future of China's industrial structural reform,in 2017.The central economic work conference pointed out that China's economy there are still many contradictions and problems,excess capacity and demand for the upgrading of the structure contradiction,insufficient internal impetus driving economic growth,has been the accumulation of financial risks,in some areas more difficult.The meeting stressed that China's structural problems,including industrial structure,regional structure,the structure of the input factor,emission structure,economic growth momentum structure and income distribution structure of the six aspects of the problem.Industrial structure is the first of the six problems,we can see that the structural problems in the industry is particularly embarrassing.The industrial structure is also called the economic sector structure,that is,the internal composition and proportion of the national economic sectors.The industrial structure is also presented the structural characteristics of "three,two,one",and gradually tended to be reasonable,at the end of 2016.Specific performance as follows:the low efficiency of the first industry,the second industry overcapacity,the irrational structure of the three industry and many other issues.Therefore,the industrial structure needs to be optimized and upgraded.But as we all known,industrial transfer is an important way to upgrade the industrial structure.Since 2004,the implementation of the strategy of central China,and actively introduce the eastern coastal developed countries to undertake industrial transfer,the transfer is mainly reflected in the labor-intensive industry,the labor intensive industry competitiveness level gradually increased,since the beginning of 2011,it has been from labor-intensive products input into output,and industry share increased year by year.And this stage of the industrial structure,that is in the gradual optimization and upgrading,and ultimately formed with "three,two,one" structure,like the China and developed countries.It can be seen that there is a great relationship between the industrial transfer and the upgrading of industrial structure.So,the industrial transfer is an important factor in the upgrading of the industrial structure,or not? If it is,how will it affect? The provincial government will be how to carry out the relevant policies to undertake industrial transfer,in which industries focus on the introduction in the future? Therefore,it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to explore the specific mechanism of the impact of industrial transfer on the upgrading of industrial structure.In order to clarify the influence mechanism of undertaking industrial transfer,this paper consists of six parts,the main contents are as follows: the first part is introduction.This paper mainly discusses the research background and significance of the industrial transfer and the upgrading of industrial structure,including the practical and theoretical significance,the research ideas,the research content and the innovation and deficiency of the research.The second part is the theoretical basis.In turn,the paper summarizes the related content of industry,industrial transfer,industrial structure and upgrading of industrial structure.The third part is the analysis of the status present situation and problems of industrial transfer and industrial structure.On the basis of fully affirming the importance of undertaking industrial transfer and upgrading of industrial structure,this paper highlights the problems to undertake industrial transfer and industrial structure.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of the impact of industrial transfer on the upgrading of industrial structure.Through the study of the mechanism of industrial transfer on the upgrading of industrial structure,the theoretical basis is analyzed,and then the empirical analysis of the impact of industrial transfer on the upgrading of industrial structure.The fifth part is the empirical analysis and the policy recommendations.This chapter summarizes the empirical conclusions of the impact of industrial transfer on the upgrading of industrial structure by the method of econometric analysis.The sixth part is prospects.Aiming at a series of problems and contradictions exposed in the previous chapters,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,in order to provide some useful reference to accomplish industrial transfer and upgrade the industrial structure.
