Financial strategy is one of the core areas of the capital, which will not only affect the overall development strategy of the enterprise, but also will become an important business strategy to capture the market and achieve transformation. In recent years, China’s economic development by consecutive years of high speed smooth gradually conberted to a moderate and continuous speed.Social consumer attitudes, consumption hot spot and so had a very significant change. Manufacturing is subject to economic restructuring and transformation of the consumer impact of one of the largest industries. Changes in economic and market from the terminal so that domestic manufacturers had to develop new strategies to deal with. Manufacturing in the new economy, how to deal with the economic slowdown brought about by the growth of consumption and pressure conduction transition to the enterprise market pressure, a new era of economic difficulties and the most difficult test. Most manufacturing companies with high capital consumption, high receivables, mainly heavy expansion, financial strategy also revolves around expanding production and sales, stable cash flow and expand. This paper selects the typical manufacturing enterprise as a case of the object to be positioned industry leading listed companies--H company as a case study of the carrier, its research will help promote the development of sanitary industry, economic development and dig new normal background in this market risks faced by the company and industry environment, to optimize its financial strategy, financial strategy and implementation to be evaluated.This paper is divided into six parts. Firstly, the research background and significance, research methods and innovations and other basic introductions, the background of this case analysis and innovative starting point to be elaborated.
