Study On Land Use Evaluation And Decision Support System Frame Based On Ecological Development In Chaohu Lake Basin

The ecological land use is the key to promote land resource reasonable development and realize the sustainable utilization of land resources and the harmonious development of man and nature. Through the study of the ecological development of land use evaluation, will help understand the characteristics of the regional ecological land use and existing problems, and then take effective measures to solve it. Construct the ecological land use evaluation system based on the theory of Land Ecology, Ecosystem Service Value, Ecological Capacity and Landscape Ecology.Then to evaluate the land use with grey relation projection model of each evaluation unit in Chaohu Lake Basin. On that comprehensive analysis, some suggestions on the adjustment of land use planning are put forword.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:(1) Established the land use evaluation system based on comprehensive development of ecological.With the theory of Ecological Service Value and the Ecological Capacity, land use structure evaluation system is established.And with the theory of Landscape Pattern, land use layout evaluation system is established, too. From the perspective of ecological comprehensive development of land use, land use benefit evaluation system is constructed, which reflects the ecological benefit indexes are mora than half.(2) Evaluated the land use present situation, and analyzes the difference between the present situation and planning goal in land use structure and layout. The land use structure status is basically consistent with the planning period and late in land use structure; Land use layout status rationality significantly weaker than the planning period and late. Land use benefit level and the land use comprehensive score of Chaohu city were both the highest.(3) Design the land use planning decision support system framework based on comprehensive development of ecological. Established the decision support system framework from the aspects of demand analysis, system architecture and support module composition, which based on the comprehensive development of ecological.(4) Put forward the land use planning adjustment suggestion based on ecological comprehensive development. On the analysis of evaluation results and influencing factors of land use structure, landscape pattern of land use and land use benefit in each assessment unit.Combined with the land use status and the results of comparing with palnning period and late by the decision support system, the aim of adjusting suggestions are put forward.
