| Land is a natural and economic complex, by nature, social economy and ecological environment attribute to different constraints, the decision to land property and land use difference, thereby forming the services in different land use area. Performance for the land quality, method of use, characteristics, choice of direction, the potential is different, so the use of land resources need to select the appropriate region, it is required to land natural resources regional studies. Reasonable macroeconomic regulation and control land use zoning formulation, can make the regional economy and social benefit, get the advantage of the best combination, to achieve the sustainable development of social economy, the ecological environment in a benign cycle.Erhai basin in Yunnan province is located in the Lancang River, the Jinsha River and in three major river watershed area, belong to the Lancang-Mekong River, the basin area of2565square kilometers, geographic coordinates in longitude100°05’100°17’,25°36’--25°58’ between North latitude. Erhai is located in the Yunnan province of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, located in Dali city and Eryuan County, Yunnan province is the second largest plateau lake, gave birth to the Dali area in recent four thousand years history of civilization. In this paper, by using location theory, the theory of ecological economics, the theory of sustainable development, bearing capacity theory thought, according to the Erhai land use present situation, agricultural development level, the social and economic development, the use of SWOT analysis combined with agricultural land resources utilization in Erhai River Basin of the pollutant discharge of Erhai River Basin agricultural use of land resources division. This thesis is divided into6chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, including the background and meaning, the research progress at home and abroad, the paper research goal and the research content and the research method and the overall technical route design.The second chapter is the related basic concepts and basic theory. The main land use zoning theory and the basic concepts.The third chapter is on the Erhai river basin water environment carrying capacity model and data calculation.The fourth chapter is on the Erhai River agricultural land to use the current situation and problem analysis. In the full possession and control on the basis of the information, combined with multidisciplinary theory, in-depth analysis of Erhai land use status and the current land use problem analysis.The fifth chapter is the basin of Erhai River land use function and design suggestions. According to the third chapter, fourth chapter of Erhai land resources of the partition function, application of main functional regions of the bearing capacity of resources and environment, the existing development density and development potential, and to take into account the Erhai Valley population, economic structure, city changes pattern on the land use impact and constraints, on land use proposals.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and discussion part, the thesis systematically summarizes the conclusion, and put forward their own opinions, summed up the main conclusion and innovation, and on the analysis of defects. |
