In twenty-first century tourism industry has become an important factor in the development of economic stability and economic development of many countries in the world. As one of the most important industries in service trade, tourism has been paid more and more attention by the major countries. Russia’s tourism industry is not high developed and has not become a pillar industry yet. But Russia has already begun to attach importance of tourism development, the Russian tourism industry to enhance the international competitiveness.Russia has the most basic factor of the tourism industry development, Russia has abundant natural tourist resources and many cultural tourism resources. Domestic tourism market develops fast, inbound tourism has more stable development, in the international market Russia occupies a certain position, but compared to the world tourism power and Russian economic development and tourism needs of their own development. Russia tourism has a lack of infrastructure, advertising is not enough also, international competition is weak and the tourism talent shortage and so on various problems are seriously restricts the development of tourism industry in Russia. To produce these problems need to do in depth analysis, realize that Russian government’s attention on tourism is not enough, the Russian government and tourism enterprises of tourism publicity investment is not big enough, Russia’s tourism products are few, and tourism personnel training system is not perfect. To promote the rapid and steady development of the Russian tourism industry, we must take appropriate measures to increase infrastructure construction, create various tourism products, the introduction of international capital, and promote the development of tourism in the process of deep cooperation.
