Employees’ deviant behavior has always been considered as a negative behavior. These behaviors will destroy the business rules and organizational interests,so the organization wants to avoid the occurrence of this kind of behavior. As some scholars have ch-allenged the conventional wisdom and the rise of research fields such as positive organizational behavior in 2013,the value judgment of deviation behavior have new pr-ogress. Deviation behavior are not all harmful. Employees may under the drive of prosocial motivation, proactive in violation of rules or norms, which show some with altruistic motive and the behavior of the functional role. Related concepts, such as constructive、positive deviance behavior was constructed and paid attention.This provides a new train of thought to the enterprise organization management. If enterprise can use and guide this kind of behavior reasonably, constructive deviance behavior is an organizational important fortune, potential wealth. And for a long time, the relationship between leadership style and employees’ behavior is a hot topic of academic research and enterprise.Empowering leadership as high quality leadership style, has been confirmed by research that it has a positive influenceon on extra-role behavior,such as employees’ organizational citizenship behavior.But it is still lack of empirical research of the relationship between empowering leadership and constructive deviance in the domestic. Thus, in this article, through reading literature, summarizing predecessors’ research results, this study constructed the the relational model among empowering leadership、perceived insider status and constructive deviance and put forward hypotheses. Through empirical research,this study found that employees’ constructive deviance has differences on some demographic variables;empowering leadership has a positive influence on employees’ perceived insider status and constructive deviance;perceived insider status has partially intermediary role between empowering leadership and employees’ constructive deviance. Finally this paper generalizes and discusses the research conclusion and puts forward possible innovation points management advice and deficiencies.Besides, future research directions have also been presented.
