The customer is very important to hotel development.Safety Perception of customer is also essential throughout hotel service process.Safety service environment and skills is the basic guarantee of customer retention. Weather achieving re-patronage intention has become the key factor to win the market and maintain a competitive advantage. From the perspective of customer perception, The research is on safety perception value of hotel customer on re-patronage Intention.To further expanding the theory of customer perception value and Strengthen hotel safety management.Through literature review, Safety perception value of customer is given the connotation from the perspective of security value,security perception and customer perceived value theory.and It is constituted the four dimensions of the value of function safety, emotional security,social security,economic security.To determine the dimension system of safety perception value of customer, it continues to be modified by Hotel customer interviews.On the basis of the above all, 304 customers of star hotel(Above three-star hotel) in Quanzhou, Xiamen of Fujian province were investigated by using questionnaire. Then the data is be statistical analyzed through SPASS 17.0 and AMOS17.0 and the research is obtained the followed conclusions: 1. To examine the safety perception value of customer is constituted the four dimensions of the value of function safety,emotional safety value,social safety value,economic safety value.The first three dimensions constitute the profits of the customer safety perception, the latter part is owing to the loss. 2. Significant differences occurred in the parts of demographic characteristics of each dimension of the safety perception value of and re-patronage intention of customer. 3. The value of function safety, emotional safety,social safety of customer has positive correlation with re-patronage intention of customer and the value of economic safety has negative correlation with Re-patronage intention of customer. 4. Significant differences occurred in between each dimension of the safety perception value of customer and re-patronage intention of customer.Based on the above conclusions,The research put forward the "double win" operation model which can be used to avoid the security risks and increase the efficiency of safety perception of the customer from the perspective of hotel managers.To enhance the safety capacity and skills of the hotel staff and pay more attentions to the different customer which to enhance the safety perception value of customer.To further strengthening awareness of the safety perception value of the hotel managers. Grasping the new situation and new requirements of the hotel security working, the manager makes do their best to continue enhancing the security capabilities and improving the competitiveness of the enterprises.
