Recently, the frequent occurrence of terrorism, war, pestilence, natural disasters and other security problems caused by tourism has become a major international problem. Security threat to tourists is likely to cause a negative image of the country of destination, and eventually lead to reduced demand for international travel. Meanwhile, the issues that threats security of destination country tourism are more restrictive such as the tourists of attitudes and travel behavior.China and South Korea has a different government system. The tension between China and Tibet caused a threat to other countries and hence reduction in tourism industry. There are other factors that hinder the tourism industry which include terrorism-related accidents, infectious diseases, natural disasters; crime which also contributed to China’s tourism security threat. This paper studys the Korea tourists who have visited China, investigating their impact on China travel safety perception and their attitude to China and their behavior.In this paper, the methods of literature analysis and empirical research were used. The literature review part comes from related books, journals, papers, tourism enterprises and related organizations statistics and the Internet at home and abroad. The theoretical system was formed by collating, and then the research model and hypothesis of this paper was put forward.As for the empirical analysis part, the variables of political instability, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, various accidents and other factors were determined, to study their effects on South Korean tourists’safety perception of China. Secondly, this paper studies the relationship between South Korea tourists’ safety perception and China’s national image, and at the same time analyses the two factors’ impact on the South Korean tourists’attitude to China and behavior intention. Finally, according to the type of tourists and their visiting experience, the paper explores tourism safety perception’s impact on South Korean tourists’behavior intention.
