Study On The Influence Of Tourist Residents On The Development Of Tourism Pension

With the improvement of living level and the development of tourism,people pay more attention to the pursuit of spiritual life,and require more for the tourism experience.Before, they went to the scenic area just to see the scenery casually,but now they would like to experience the local conditions and customs History and culture except just going around the scenery.Recently, the home stay facility, as a new tourism form,has been emerging in China.In Taiwan. it has been upgrading from pure accommodation facilities to become the industry of home stay facility and become the important pillar of the local tourism.In China mainland,represented by rural family hotel,the home stay facility also has entered the stage of rapid development.The rise of home stay facility reduce the stress of tourist accommodation,such as the difficulty to find a suitable accommodation and the expensive charge.Meanwhile,it helps the government solve the problems of some idle labor force employment and promote the development of local tourism.For the tourism destination native inhabitants,they are the most affected ones of such changes.However,from the point of our country tourism subject research,they consider more from the the tourists and often ignore the interests of local residents andviews.As the important interest group of tourism development,the support from the destination residents’ support is of great significance to the successful developme nt of the home stay.Based on Gulangyu Island, this paper collects the feedback information from the local residents with the form of questionnaires.Taking the tourist destination life,sustainable development and the theory of social exchange as its system support,the paper studies the problem of local resident’s perception of the impact on the development of the home stay. It also explores the perception of residents of the home stay facility development and differences in perception caused by demographic characteristics by the analysis of the data collection(including factor analysis,analysis of variance clustering analysis,etc.)It classfies the local residents’ attitudes about the development of a home stay facility to be supporters neutrals and opponents.Throughanalysis and discussion,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the residents’ support for the development of the home stay facility and dormitory administration to Gulangyu people.
