| The party’s 20 th report put forward the implementation of the rural vitalization strategy and made comprehensive arrangements for rural revitalization.The economic development problem in rural areas is getting more and more attention.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,rural tourism and ecological tourism develop rapidly;as an important means to adjust rural industrial structure,promote the integration of three industries and solve rural employment problems,it is very necessary for rural revitalization.As an emerging industry in recent years,rural homestay has also ushered in the development opportunity.The development of rural homestay can stimulate consumption,invigorate the tourism market economy,improve the living conditions of rural tourism,and bring consumers a unique tourism experience,so it is favored.In recent years,Tongjiangyu Village of Benxi Manchu Autonomous County has developed rapidly in the rural homestay,from the initial point to the sheet,so it is a research object worthy of attention.This paper analyzes the development process,advantageous resources,types and characteristics,marketing methods and current situation of rural home stay in Tongjiangyu Village,through questionnaire survey,field survey,mathematical model and other methods.Through the questionnaire to obtain data,and combined with the characteristics of consumers influence the related factors of they choose home stay facility design questionnaire,and analyzes the results of the questionnaire,combining the reality of the river valley village,analysis of the problems existing in the development of the present,the main cause of the problem,by exploring the river valley village in the process of rural homestay development advantages and deficiencies,for the river valley village subsequent better development rural home stay facility economy put forward targeted countermeasures,help the revitalization of the rural economy.The survey data show that Tongjiangyu Village has achieved some results in the development of rural homestay and improved farmers’ income.However,due to the lack of lack of long-term planning,lack of innovation consciousness,lack of professional knowledge,lack of Internet marketing,lack of capital investment,product attraction and service consciousness,it lead to incomplete infrastructure and single homestay products;insufficient brand influence and poor marketing channels;and low service content and quality.To promote the development of rural B & B in Tongjiangyu Village,the following countermeasures are suggested: firstly,strengthen government functions and strengthen rural homestay management;second,improve the infrastructure of Manchu characteristics;third,build the brand of rural homestay and innovate the promotion channel;fourth,extend the industrial chain of rural B & B and improve the rural natural environment;fifth,increase the service function of rural B & B and enhance the service level. |
