| In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual property has become a kind of important sources for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantages. With the rapid development of Internet, enterprises pay more attention to the adoption of collaborative innovation model, which can integrate and expand their intellectual property resources, expand the utility of intellectual property resources, improve the efficiency of knowledge innovation, and gain the leading technology advantages, through the intellectual property cooperation with universities, research institutions, government, users and other external subjects. And with the scientific and reasonable performance evaluation of the cooperation, the problems existed in the cooperation process and the shortages of management may be discovered easily, so that it can provide the foundation for the optimal management of the cooperational organizations, in order to set up the collaborative advantages.By the analysis of relevant research results at home and abroad and the investigation of the current situation of enterprise intellectual property cooperation based on collaborative innovation, the cooperation process was combed, and the influence factors of the cooperation performance were analyzed and described deeply. Based on these, an evaluating indicator system of cooperation performance was built. And then with the extension theory, the evaluation model was established. The main research work was summarized as follows:Firstly, the relevant research results at home and abroad were collected and summarized, and the direction and content of research were proposed aiming at the limitation and shortcomings existed of them.Secondly, based on the clarity of the concepts about collaborative innovation, intellectual property cooperation and performance evaluation, the current situation of enterprise intellectual property cooperation based on collaborative innovation was investigated. Then the cooperation process was analyzed from four stages including brewing, startting, synergizing and results handling. And the influence factors of the cooperation performance were analyzed from three aspects of qualities, behaviors and results. All above provided theoretical basis for the construction of performance evaluation index system.Thirdly, the basic principles of building the index system were established. Then the three-layer performance evaluation index system was built from three aspects of qualities, behaviors and results. And through three times of expert consultation, the index system was optimized and finally produced.Fourthly, the performance evaluation model was built with the application of the extension theory, which include the construction of the matter-element to be evaluated, the determination of the classical domain and joint domain, the calculation of index weight and the evaluation performance level, etc.Finally, a specific example was used to illustrate the application of extension theory in the performance evaluation. In order to reduce the error rate and improve the computational efficiency, the software MATLAB was used to program and calculate the model. By the analysis of the evaluation results, the problems lying in the intellectual property cooperation were found, and the suggestions to improve the program of the cooperation activities were proposed.In this paper, from a new perspective of crossover study on enterprise collaborative innovation and enterprise intellectual property cooperation, the relationship between collaborative innovation and intellectual property cooperation, the process of enterprise intellectual property cooperation based on collaborative innovation and the influence factors of the performance were analyzed deeply. Based on these, an evaluational index system of the cooperation performance, which possesses the properties of scientificity, comprehensiveness, and applicability, was constructed. Then the basic principle and concrete implementation of the evaluation model were expounded in detail. The results of this research will have an important theoretical values and practical significances, not only for enriching the crossover study content about enterprise collaborative innovation and enterprise intellectual property cooperation, but also for guiding the performance evaluation of enterprise intellectual property cooperation based on collaborative innovation in our country at present. |
