The Study On The Performance Evaluation Of Intellectual Property Management Of China Enterprise

In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual property is not only an important right andintangible assets, but also the powerful competition weapon among enterprises. The quantityand quality of the intellectual property determine the level of competitiveness of enterprises.Intellectua l property have been incorporated into various acts of the modern enterprise, andbecome the prima ry mea ns of participating the economic activities. Unfortunately, China got alater start of the intellectual property system, most enterprises do not attach importance tointellectual property ma nagement. Currently,ma ny enterprises in China's are very unfamilia rwith the creation, applica tion,protection and the ma nagement of the intellectual property. Thelevel of the intellectual property ma nagement of Chinese enterprises is very low. There arema ny deficiencies of intellectual property ma nagement. As an important part of thema nagement process, performa nce evaluation of enterprise intellectual property ma nagementpla ys an important role.This paper builded the performa nce evaluation index system of the intellectual propertyma nagement from the intellectual property strategy, intellectual property development, dailyma nagement, intellectual property protection. This paper also gives the method of difining theindica tors weight and established evaluation of the theoretica l model.In the last, an exampletestified the efficiency and practicability of this method, which provide d an effective way forthe performa nce evaluation of the intellectual property ma nagement.
