On Intellectual Property Risk Management Of Enterprise Collaborative Innovation

At present,the traditional scientific research and development of many enterprises in my country is an isolated innovation model,and there is little cooperation with other market players.This model has high innovation costs and high risks.In order to effectively resolve the risks in innovation,enterprises gradually choose a collaborative innovation model with intellectual property as the core link,but the enterprise has caused intellectual property rights cooperation risks due to the interest relationship.In order to scientifically and efficiently regulate the intellectual property risk management of enterprises' collaborative innovation,this article extends the collaborative field of enterprises to governments,scientific research institutions,etc.And based on the technical innovation theory,collaborative innovation theory,intellectual property risk management theory as the theoretical basis,the qualitative and quantitative analysis method is used to study.Among them,the identification of intellectual property risks at different stages mainly manifested in information leakage,loss,spillover,sharing,litigation,etc.,and used this as a theoretical basis.In order to ensure that the evaluation index system is comprehensive and targeted,finally,it selects 4 index-level indicators including environment,technology,organization,and knowledge,as well as 25 index-level indicators,such as macroeconomic policies,to examine the impact of each index on collaborative innovation produced by enterprises influences.Based on the fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation method,through the construction of the intellectual property risk evaluation model of enterprise collaborative innovation,empirical analysis is carried out,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In the ranking of the influence level of the criterion layer and the ranking of the influence level of the indicator layer,the proportion of knowledge factors and core knowledge has the greatest impact on the intellectual property risk of collaborative innovation of enterprises;(2)The most influential indicators in each criterion layer are: the law enforcement,the degree of matching of technological collaborative innovation resources,the management capability of the enterprise's intellectual property,and the proportion of core knowledge;(3)The probability of intellectual property risk caused by each criterion level is high,and the possibility of high intellectual property risk in collaborative innovation is discussed.Thus,based on the conclusion of intellectual property risk identification and empirical analysis,the paper puts forward 15 suggestions for prevention and control of intellectual property risk in different stages of collaborative innovation of enterprises,such as "carrying out technology and intellectual property review","improving the management ability of intellectual property of enterprises","clarifying the application mode of intellectual property".
