Many complex relationship between organizational roles within the construction enterprises has become the complex network, which need to establish a scientific evaluation model of network power and invulnerability to effectively guide the construction enterprises to optimize network power configuration and business processes, improve operational efficiency and performance of network organization, enhance the robustness of organization network for construction enterprises. In view of this, the paper proposes the evaluation model of network power and invulnerability for the construction enterprises on the basis of Social Network Analysis. This paper followed the decision on the location of social network, and the business processes from a construction enterprise were choose to build the social network model of power configuration and invulnerability through the whole network thinking. Then, put forward specific network governance strategies from the organizational role, organizational structure, information three aspects. The thesis arranged as follows: firstly, it presented the research status of social network, business process, and network power. It also analyzed the relationship between business process and organizational structure. A theoretical model of organization role network power for the construction enterprise was proposed. Secondly, business process network model was divided into two categories of static analysis and dynamic analysis. In static analysis, it focused on mining and evaluating network topology, identify of the central role, network power concentration. In dynamic analysis, invulnerability simulation assessment and deconstruction strategy were discussed. Finally, the evaluation model of network power configuration and invulnerability were applied into Company E to reveal the existence hidden and his causes of organizational structure of Company E, and put forward specific optimization measures of network power configuration for Company E.The research results showed that: first of all, the evaluation model of network power and invulnerability objectively reflected the situation of centralization and decentralization of construction enterprises, hierarchical organizational structure, network power differences, robustness of organization network, and effectively dosed the changes of network power share. The degree of collaboration was systematically divided within the organization by the evaluation model; Second, the higher network centricity, the smaller aggregate constraint the case may be, the more likely would lead to organizational roles to have the greater network power. the organizational roles who occupied the position of structural hole also had larger power. the more powerful organizational roles who had the greater degrees of behavior freedom and more vast behavior space of organization, the more likely that these organizational roles tended to maintain network power, however, the more fragile organizational roles disciplined by other organizational roles the more likely tended to change the status quo; Third, the relationship between position level of organizational role and his actual status in the business process network was not exact match, showing non-linear between both; Finally, business process network was more vulnerable under selective attack, while had strong robustness under random failure. The relationship between network node degree and betweenness centrality of business process network was linear in some areas, while it was irregular in most regions. And erratic phenomenon reflected that network power configuration of organizational role was unreasonable. The evaluation model of network power and invulnerability could help enterprises to solve the bottlenecks in the process, understand the relationship between network power and organizational behavior, improve the efficiency of network organization, and enhance the robustness of organization network.
