With the prosperity of the Internet, the business model of platform-based enterprises has attracted more and more attention from people. However, there are still few studies on the sustainability of the business model of platform-based enterprises.Sustainability has become one of the key elements of long-term business success. How to help platform-based companies embed sustainability into their business model to achieve their sustainable development goals has become an urgent problem to be solved. From the perspective of value network, this paper systematically analyzes the research literature of the business model components of existing platform-based enterprises by using social network analysis methods, and it identifies four value modules and eight key elements of the traditional platform-based enterprise business model.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the components and value logic of the traditional business model,it is found that the environmental sustainability and social justice in the typical business model components of the platform-based enterprises are not the core of the business model value logic. Therefore,it is necessary to construct a sustainable business model of platform-based enterprises from the perspective of value to achieve a balanced and unified enterprise economic value, social value and environmental value.Above, the research on business models is mainly from the perspectives of value proposition, value creation, value transfer, and value realization. These views explain how value is exchanged and with whom.To promote sustainability,a more comprehensive understanding of value is needed. On this basis, based on the sustainable business model construction steps, based on the understanding of the business development business objectives, this paper uses the main ideas of the value mapping tool to use the undeveloped value as a new perspective for the sustainable business model of the platform-based enterprise.Conduct a more in-depth study of the extent of exchange value.Based on the six major stakeholders in the platformbased enterprise value network, the paper analyzes the four uncaptured value behaviors of value surplus, value absence, value missed and value destruction, and identifies the negative aspects of the current business model.Develop positive and sustainable value opportunities.Starting from the platform-based enterprises themselves, these value opportunities will be applied to the value elements of the sustainable development of platform-based enterprises, forming a new component of the sustainable business model of platform-based enterprises, namely market positioning, key business, key resources and capabilities.,core partners, customer relationships, revenue models, cost structures, etc.,and explain the sustainability of each element.Based on this, through the comprehensive understanding of the positive and negative overall value proposition, value creation, value transfer and value realization of all stakeholders in the platform enterprise value network,a sustainable business model of platform-based enterprises from a value perspective is proposed. The framework model is described and analyzed.Based on this, the eight components of the sustainable business model framework are used as evaluation indicators for sustainable business models, and the sustainability evaluation of the Amazon platform-based business model is carried out by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. At the end of the paper, the paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the rational operation of the sustainable business model of the current platform-based enterprises,so as to achieve the goal of helping them achieve sustainable development of economic, environmental and social benefits.
