In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei planning for its 13 th Five Year Plan in 2015,the government use the traffic integration network to ease congestion in the capital.The network is an urgent need to a comprehensive modern urban geographic information database provides comprehensive data support for it.Geographic information data acquisition is the basis of the database,it can determine the traffic network integration.Its efficiency and quality will directly affect the success or failure of the entire database and traffic network of regional integration.In recent years 3D-laser radar system become a new technology of surveying and mapping,it has high speed and precision.Mobile lidar measurement technology is an innovation of traditional 3D-laser radar,which plays an important role in large area,large quantity of project.In this paper,the main work includes the following:(1)"Wisdom City" construction need comprehensive data support,we analyzed the mobile radar measuring technology in the construction of modern urban basic geographic information database can play an important role.We combined same industry at home and abroad research status of mobile measurement technology,sum up the advantages and disadvantages of the existing equipment in the field of engineering application.By reconsidering the advantages and disadvantages of the existing system,the team determine the research direction and research goal.(2)Combined with the existing equipment conditions,we designed a multi-function equipment carrying platform.According to the requirements of engineering data collection,we design the optimization of sensor integration scheme and implementation of the installation.(3)Based on multi-sensor integration design,we study the registration algorithm of multi-source data.This process includes the spatial point cloud data registration process in more than one device coordinate transformation between the coordinate system,and time in the process of registration and interpolation processing multi-source data fusion.(4)According to the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development platform,we use the C # language developed mobile laser radar data processing system.And through a lot of data acquisition,we improve the reliability of system,optimizing the system of data processing efficiency.(5)According to the operation of design system,we analysis the data quality of point cloud and develop mobile laser radar system data calibration scheme.Experimental set up special mobile tinker and production of special target measurement system.According to the high precision total station and RTK measurement results to check calibration point,we indirectly by least squares adjustment of the original understanding calculate error parameters.In this way we improve mobile laser radar measurement system the overall accuracy of point cloud model.The results show that the mobile lidar scanning system possesses the advantages of high precision,high efficiency and easy operation.These advantages will ensure its in engineering measurement field has more extensive application in the future.
