Under the influence of the severe earthquake, like the Wenchuan earthquake in2008 and Lushan Earthquake, the mountainous areas are likely to become the most serious geographical unit because of their naturally congenital fragile and high level risky ecological environment. The geographic information in Ya'an earthquake stricken area has some unique characteristics including high discrete degree, more variable parameters and difficulty in collection, therefore, it is necessary to organize and manage above related information to improve efficiency of reconstruction of earthquake. Taking Baoxing County and Lushan County in the Ya'an Earthquake zone as the research objects in this paper, the spatial database was established by the database tool named GEODATABASE.The development of spatial data model and how to establish GEODATABASE data model was introduced, and the remote sensing information, elevation information and graphic information were finished by data pretreatment and advanced treatment, the basic data in the geo-database with unified geographic coordinate system was integrated.The spatial database was detailed through the conceptual design, logical design and physical design, and environmental information spatial database was established to realize the integrated storage of the spatial information data and attribute information data of the Earthquake zone. On the basis, the aggregate analysis, framework design,interfacial design and functional module design was made for the system.Finally, the management system of environmental information spatial database in Ya'an Earthquake zone was developed by ArcEngine component technology, Access database engine,.NET technology and C# programming language.The digitalization, integration and systematization of the environmental spatial information, epatially the establishment of the spatial information system with the capabilities of data management and analysis in Earthquake zone could vividly express the relationships between human activities and geographical environment, and also colud reveal spatial distribution rules of the disaster. Thus, the related results obtained from this study can provide a data support for post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction and the construction of new urbanization.
