A Research On Ecological Rationality Having An Advantage Beyond Technical Rationality In Ecological Negative Effects

Technology is often synonymous of progress,because technology revolution creates wealth more than the sum of wealth of the past ages;However,technology is a "double-edged sword",it bring progress as well as damage to the environment.The speed,the degree and the breadth of environmental pollution and ecological destruction in technological society are unprecedented,it is a serious threat to human health and survival.This contradictory phenomenon have to make people change the view of technology and make attention to the environment,and make people reflect and reconstruct technology rationality.Today,technology is more and more developed,but ecological crisis are also more and more serious,this shows that the technical rationality is unable to solve the ecological crisis,on the contrary,many scholars criticize technical rationality,they think that technology rationality is the root cause of ecological crisis,but there is a theoretical predicament that criticism is sufficient but building is insufficient.With the rise of ecological civilization and ecological rationality and the recognition the rationality,claiming from the technical rationality to the ecological rationality becomes historically inevitable,it is an effective approach to solve the theoretical dilemma.The paper takes the technology philosophy and ecological philosophy as the theoretical guidance,takes literature method,inductive method and the unity of history and logic method as the research method,take found problem-ask questions-analysis problem-solve problem as the research thought,on the basis of technical rationality leading to ecological negative but ecological rationality solving ecological negative,the analysis thinks the ecological rationality is better than technical rationality from the nature view,the technical view,the values view and the spending in ecological negative,in order to achieve the goal of the study.This paper has four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of paper,it mainly include the research background and research significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter is the core concept,including the technical rationality,ecological rationality,ecological negativity and transcend.The third chapter explain the performance and cause analysis of ecological rationality overpass technical rationality in ecological negativity.A sharp drop in natural resources,environmental pollution,excess capacity of environment population and climate anomalies is ecological negativity performance of technology rationality.The naturalness of technology itself,anthropomorphism that controlling nature,and the lack of rational value is the cause of the ecological negativity of technology rationalityThe fourth chapter write that ecological rationality overpass technical rationality in ecological negativity.Its logic,position and characteristics can solve ecological negativity.Ecological rationality transcends the technical rationality in ecological negativity mainly from the four dimensions of the view of nature,technical,values and consumption.In this paper,by studying the ecological rationality transcending the technical rationality in ecological negativity,it helps the human reconstruct the rationality from the view of nature,technicality,values and consumption,it is beneficial to the solution of ecological crisis and the construction of ecological civilization,it is conducive to the sustainable development of human beings.
