A prominent advantage of fuzzy theory and technology is to describe and simulate human thinking mode,summarizes and showing the person's experience and the experience for fuzzy measure of the complexity and system.Specially,the research on fuzzy combined with each other in the neural network and expert system theory and artificial intelligence has been involved in the development and use of multimedia,computer,automatic control and information acquisition and processing and so on a series of high and new technology.Intuitionistic fuzzy set theory can be delicate description of fuzzy nature like,from the"support,oppose and neutral" three aspects to carry on the modeling of uncertainty,in line with the thinking habit of the people.The membership function of the fuzzy intuition,non membership function and the third attributes--intuitionistic index can better describe the uncertain problem.The intuitionistic fuzzy theory such as the introduction of uncertain information processing is still an important tendency.In this paper,combining the thoughts and methods of gray system theory and the classical risk decision-making.The problem of dynamic hybrid multi-attribute decision making under risk,which integrates with the precision number,interval number and fuzzy number,and an unknown weight information on index,is studied.Firstly,the algorithms and properties of interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy number are used to construct the positive and negative ideal scheme for each time period,and the multi-objective programming model with the minimum deviation of the gray incidence degree between each scheme and the positive ideal scheme for each stage is built to determine the attribute weights.Then the gray incidence each stage degree with interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy number between each scheme and the positive ideal and negative ideal scheme for each stage is calculated to eastablish the optimization model of the optimal membership degree for scheme,so that the expressions form of the optimal membership for degree is determine to solve the optimal membership degree for scheme.Decision making is more close to the actual.The focus of this paper is aimed at interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy with two scales(membership and non membership)to describe the fuzziness,can also expressed support,oppose and 3 neutral states.To overcome the limitation of only considering the degree of membership,and the "neither this nor that of" is also included,he can be more delicate,more comprehensive description of the different decision coefficient is not the natural state of the same but the state of nature itself is a random variable,the objective changes in the dynamic properties of risk decision making problem.Finally,through a case to verify the construct validity and feasibility of the proposed method,which provides a new way to solve the risk of dynamic multiple attribute decision making problems.The main contents are as follows:Study of unknown weight information,the risk index value of dynamic multiple attribute decision making problems for the exact number,interval number and fuzzy number combination.establishing the system model using of interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy,using the Lagrange equation method to establish the mathematical optimization model,to proof the decision method is effective.The conclusion are given in the form of the sort,and give specific examples to verify the conclusion reasonable and effective.
