The main purpose of simulation research of grain emergency system based on system dynamics is to analyze the influence of different scenarios,reserves layout and different inventory strategies for emergency grain system by using computer simulation methods.Previous studies mainly from the perspective of management and operation system processed grain departure,this article from the perspective of inventory control.System dynamics theory,distributed inventory control theory and computer simulation methods are used to analyse China's grain emergency support system.And based on simulation and numerical results,this paper provide a theoretical basis for scale and layout optimization,while it also providing decision-making tools of grain emergency systems.First,the refined grain structure and logistics characteristics of emergency support system were analyzed in this paper,and related theories are introduced.Analysts believe that the structure and operation mode of the systems is similar to decentralized,dynamic,distributed inventory system(HDDI).Mainly dependent on dynamic allocation and replenishment inventory system coordination mechanisms.While the system is a large-scale dynamic network inventory,the traditional method of analysis is difficult to solve it,computer simulation analysis method need to be used to solve its simulation and optimization problems.Secondly,based on HDDI distributed inventory theory,system dynamics simulation modeling methods and tools,build a multi-scene,multi-node and multi-strategy simulation modeling.Model contains multiple demand scenarios,inventory control strategies,forecasting rules and allocation rules.Users can build a simulation space according to the actual needs of the scene,and analyze strategy combination based on it.Third,based on computer simulation model of grain emergency support system,this paper introduced design and implementation of simulation platform.The simulation platform solved the problem of simulation and analysis for non-developer and improve the simulation efficiency.Finally,based on the example scenario of 60 stocking locations,the traditional inventory control model and VMI inventory control model are used in the scenario.It verified the feasibility of the system simulation platform.
