Research On Expression And Construction Method Of The 3D Immovable Property Object

With the formal implementation of the "Interim Regulation on Real Estate Registration","Real Estate Registration Tentative Regulations" and other regulations,recent years,the legislation of real estate is rapidly advancing in China,which provides a legal basis and technical specifications to unified real estate registration,unified real estate registration has finally entered the practical stage for many years wandering.The work of the real estate registration is in full swing across the country,with the institutional integration,deployment of personnel and other administrative work steadily advanced,the real estate information technology upgrades are facing many new challenges at the same time.Traditional real estate management primarily for two-dimensional objects and claimed a two-dimensional plane entity as the basic unit of real estate ownership and registration management division.With the rapid development of the city and land-use three-dimensional trend deepens,the kind of real estate object gradually increased,showing the diversity of its shape,uncertainty,complexity,and other new features,the original single dimensional estate management of the right can not meet the management needs under the new situation.At present,real estate management and three-dimensional GIS combine to produce a new property management model-a three-dimensional real estate management.This paper focuses on the expression and construction methods of the three-dimensional real estate object,research mainly includes the following aspects:(1)In this paper,taking the regulations of "Interim Regulation on Real Estate Registration" in the real estate entities as the research object,Summarize the relationship between concepts and real property rights of the real estate entities,explore the various types of real estate division of the base unit,and the use of the concept called "three-dimensional body of property rights" to them as a unified expression,and then the three-dimensional characteristics of expression and property rights body analysis were discussed.(2)After the exploration of the three-dimensional concepts of property rights body,the paper has a further study of the reality of the real estate and related entities,geometric modeling entities and methods of expression.Through comparative analysis of several advantages and disadvantages of various types of three-dimensional spatial data model in the real estate objects management and expression,and an analysis has been made of three-dimensional data model for real estate efficiency in practical application,proposed a three-dimensional spatial data model of real estate based on the stretching of the structure frame figure.(3)In this paper,Three-dimensional description of spatial data model was designed with the use of the ideological in the boundary representation model,and expressed the three-dimensional spatial form of property rights body,it's divided into three parts:an integrated structure frame figure,generate ownership elements,the inspection and repair of ownership elements.Achieve the batch modeling of a number of irregular property right body.(4)In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the three-dimensional description of spatial data modeling methods and the related algorithms,build a prototype system,finally,according to the experimental results,the feasibility of the relevant model and algorithm were analyzed.
