A Study Of Unified Real Estate Registration Platform Design Based On GIS In Allusion To County Territory

To establish and improve a land-based unified real estate classification,investigation, registration and statistics system, is not only the basic requirements ofthe market economy, but also the state and society of real estate management.However, due to historical reasons, resulting in China’s real estate registrationfunctions undertaken by departments to form fragmentation brought many problems.Based on this background, this paper proposed a scheme for the registration of areal unity in line with China’s national conditions. A platform based on GIS(Geographic Information System) is also proposed to study the unified registration ofreal property by way of a typical a comparative study. The author also analyzed theapplication of this model to the real situations.This paper includes the theoretical study and the implementation technology. Itanalyzes the preconditions of a unified registration platform, content and methods ofresearch, the functional requirements, non-functional requirements of the researchresults and examples.On the basis of the investigation of the system design platform, we elaborateddesign principles, functional design and database design main content. Based on thesystem design and test results, the system meets the expectations. On the scalediagram plots clearly marked location, orientation, size and other information. Thefull process of property registration is implemented, namely, initialization, application,dispute trial, publicity, announcement, registration certificates, review, approvalcertification. The system has convenient and effective management of thegeographical location, visual image, and accurate statistical information of selectedarea Lot. Moreover, different permissions are set for different users to manage data.Some operations information are recorded in the system to facilitate monitoring all thebehaviors of others the for the sake of the system administration.This paper has proved its value in its application to ownership, registration andmanagement of the pilot regions of Ningxia and Hainan provinces. This study willregulate the registration and management of real estate in our country, which maypromote further release of the development and economic vitality of our economy.
