| The safe and efficient operation of the urban colligation underground pipeline is one of the necessary conditions of development of the urban.With the expansion of categories and scope of the underground pipeline,the scientific management of the pipeline is particularly important,the construction of urban colligation underground pipeline information management and decision support system is one effective means.This paper studies the information management and decision support system based on GIS technology,Internet technology,the principle of software engineering and the database principle,with a part of comprehensive underground pipeline in Huangdao District of Qingdao urban as the research object.The main research results are listed as follows:(1)After a comprehensive analysis of research on information management of underground pipelines at home and abroad,visited the study area related the pipeline departments,mastering pipeline management demand and decision support needs.Data involved were analyzed,and the implementation of the system carried out a feasibility analysis,completed the system analysis.(2)Based on the system requirements,carried on system architecture design,platform design,the function design,interface design,database conceptual model design,logic model design,database information management function design,decision making and system management function design,and completed the design work of the system.(3)According to the system design,completed the implementation of the system.The client mainly realizes the map browsing,data query,data statistics,decision support function and user registration and information modification.On the server side mainly realizes the data warehousing and data update and management and system management and the paper mainly expounds the realization principle and technology of decision support system.(4)A comprehensive test and trial operation of the system shows that the system meet the needs of users well,can effectively carry out the underground pipeline information management,and is able to provide good decision support AIDS work for decision-making layer. |
