Because the real world is complex and changeable,leading to the connection between things is not precise and fuzzy,which brings uncertainty to the smooth progress of the decision-making behavior.And the decision-making behavior is a common behavior through our daily life,the decision-making results directly lead to our judgment of things.In view of this fuzzy decision-making behavior,many scholars have carried out related research,such as probability theory,fuzzy sets,rough sets and other theories have been applied to the decision-making behavior of the judgment process.However,because these theories have their own inherent defects,mainly the problem of incomplete parametric tools,so that they cannot effectively deal with the problem of uncertainty.Based on the previous research,the Russian scholar Molodtsov put forward the theory of soft set from the point of view of the parameters.Soft set theory is a new tool for dealing with uncertainty problems.The fuzzy soft set theory based on soft set theory can deal with the uncertainty problems more effectively.In this thesis,we mainly study the parameter reduction of incomplete interval-valued fuzzy soft sets and the group decision-making method based on soft set theory.The specific innovations are as follows:1.It is the goal of many scholars to pursue the reduction of attributes in the incomplete interval-valued fuzzy soft set.On the basis of the existing research work,the mean filling method is used to deal with the incomplete interval-valued fuzzy soft sets,and then the dominance relation of two interval values is easily identified by extending the central dominance relation.Finally,in the comparative analysis of the calculation example,it is concluded that the extended central dominance relation and the mean filling method can not only solve the problem of incomplete interval-valued fuzzy soft set,but also have higher efficiency and faster operation.2.Aiming at the problem that the attribute weight of fuzzy soft sets in the decision-making process is often neglected or determined by subjective experience,a method of attribute weight determination based on attribute dominance is proposed and its related properties and operations are discussed.In the process of fuzzy soft set decision-making,the concept of temporal fuzzy soft set is defined according to the characteristics of decision-making information which changes with time,and the formula of time weight for logarithmic growth based on decision time difference is established.Finally,the feasibility and correctness of the temporal fuzzy soft set group decision-making method based on attribute weights are verified by comparing with other methods.3.By studying the problems of interval intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets in the process of multi-objective attribute decision-making,the concepts of triangular interval intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets based on triangular fuzzy numbers and theinclusion degree based on triangular interval intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets are redefined,and the related properties and operations are discussed.Aiming at the past multi-objective attribute decision-making algorithm based on inclusion degree,due to the problem that the inclusion degree is equal,it cannot be judged,so a new method for multi-objective attribute decision making based on the triangular interval fuzzy soft sets inclusion degree is given.Through the introduction of mean and variance,the decision goal with equal sum of the maximum inclusion degree is selected for further screening,and select the smaller variance as the best decision-making goal.Finally,the examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and correctness of this method.
