Research Of Multi-attribute Decision-making Method And Application Based On Soft Set Theory

It is inevitable for human beings to make decisions in various aspects of daily activities.Thus,scientif ic results and processes of decision-making paly vital role s for individual s,enterprises and even states.Therefore,it is critical on how to sele c t the best decision-making scheme by dealing with massive information and how to extend the scienti fic decision-making theories into practical applicat ion.Multi-att ribut e decision-maki ng methods,widely used in practical decis i o nmaking,are issues of sorting and evaluat ing known alternative schemes.Traditi o n a l multi-at tribute decision-making methods based on probabilit y theory,inte r v a l mathematics,rough set and vague set theory have vital role in theor etical and pract i c a l explori ng,but the lack of parameters expression limitat ion of those solut ions hind e r e d the forward deployment of the above methods.Soft set is a convenient theoret i c a l tool to deal with uncertain informat ion due to its merits on expr essive parameters and unconstrained condition,thus multi-attribute decision-making methods based on soft set theory have an incomparable advantage.In this thesis,the uncertai nt y of attribute value and attribute weight in mult iattribute decision-maki ng based on soft set theory are mainly studied.The spec if i c research work is shown in the following aspects:1.In order to solve the problem of unreasonable problem of mult i-attri b u t e decision-m aking methods,the parameter weights are introduced and a novel met ho d for determining the parameters weight based on fuzzy soft sets is propose d.Furthermore,mult i-attribute decision-making method based on fuzzy soft sets is presented.The result shows that the proposed scheme is scientific,reasonable and effective.2.Aiming at quanti fyi ng the influence of time factor on decision-making,time parameters are introduced and a multi-attribute decision-making method based on dynamic fuzzy soft set is put forward.In the scheme,time weights are calculated used exponent ial decay method and combine with attribut e combination weight.The resul t shows that the proposed scheme is reasonabl e and practical.
