Decision-making has been widely used in social,military,economic,engineering and other aspects.In social practice,the complexity of the issues involved in decision-making continues to increase,making it necessary for people to consider multiple attributes affecting the decision-making results when they are dealing with decision-making issues,including not only quantitative attributes but also qualitative attributes,and selecting different types of data to represent attribute values ??can better reflect the evaluation results of decision makers on these attributes.In addition,when dealing with decision-making problems,in order to avoid the inaccuracy of the decision-making results caused by the individual decision-makers' limitations,it is often necessary to gather the opinions of multiple decision-makers.This kind of multi-attribute group decision making problem is composed of multiple decision makers and different types of attributes.Researching hybrid multi-attribute group decision-making problems has a wide range of application prospects.This paper focuses on the problem of hybrid multi-attribute group decision making consisting of exact numbers,interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and generalized hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The concept of generalized hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set based on 2-tuple linguistic model is provided,then several operators on generalized hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets and their properties are proposed.Based on these new operators,the likelihood-based comparison relations of generalized hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets are presented.(2)In the hybrid multi-attribute decision matrix,the method of normalizing attribute values ??is studied.Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing precise number and interval number attribute value normalization methods,propose an improved normalization method for interval number proportion,and apply this method to interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,and verify that the normalization method does not change the type of interval intuitionistic fuzzy number and the relationship between the sequence.A2-tuple linguistic value and generalized hesitant fuzzy linguistic term quantitative transformation method based on the center of gravity of triangle membership function are proposed.The quantitatively transformed generalized hesitant fuzzy linguistic term is normalized,then verified the generalized hesitant fuzzy linguistic term order after normalized by the method is the same as the ranking results based on the score function and likelihood relationship proposed in this paper.(3)For the hybrid multi-attribute group decision making problem consisting of exact number,interval intuitionistic fuzzy number and generalized hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets,a group decision making method based on attribute medians and TOPSIS is proposed,and the differences between the two methods are analyzed.In particular,these two methodswere applied to the issue of the police station's score ordering in the basic work evaluation in the polic station,which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
