Research And Implementation Of Guiyang Air Defense Information Management System Based On GIS

Civil air defense is an important component of national defense,an important aspect of national economic and social development,and an important part of modern urban construction.In the process of promoting the rapid development of information construction of civil air defense,the advanced information technology is maximumlly used to improve the level of emergency management of people's air defense,the ability of emergency rescue and overall survivability.We will vigorously promote the integration of disaster prevention and air defense and achieve the relocation and evacuation of key strategic sectors of the wartime organization,the evacuation of the people and the post-war repair.It is an urgent problem for us to exert social and economic benefits.According to the object oriented concept,theory and design method.Firstly,the data demand and application demand of the civil engineering information ma nagement system are analyzed,then,using GIS in spatial analysis and data management,the design of GIS based information management system was completed.In this paper,the buffer analysis technique is improved,thus the traditional buffer analysis is im proved to the buffer analysis algorithm combined with the shortest path analysis,which is considered a temporary gathering point,get more comprehensive coverage than traditional buffer analysis,in this way,the site selection of the wartime operational command and new civil defense works is assisted;Finally,the software was developed and tested.In this paper,we full use of the information management system and the advantage of geographical information system to design air defense information manageme nt system.The spatial analysis technique of GIS in wartime can better plan rescue and evacuation routes,and releasing relevant information timely to maximize the protection of people's property and life security.At ordinary times,the management of human resources defense resources can maximize the utilization of human resources and improve the utilization of human resources.
