With the continuous development of GIS in the direction of servitization and three-dimensional,3D WebGIS has received more and more attention and application.It has the characteristics and advantages of 3D GIS and WebGIS at the same time,and has very good application prospects and research value.In recent years,the introduction of 3D GIS technology has made urban planning assistant decision-making tools gradually enter the 3D GIS era from the 2D GIS era.The combination of WebGIS and 3D GIS has also broadened the application scenarios of 3D GIS in urban planning.The urban planning assistant decision-making system supported by 3D WebGIS is a forward-looking application of 3D GIS technology in the field of urban planning.This is different from the previous urban planning assistant decision-making system based on 2D WebGIS or 2D or 3D GIS on the Desktop Client.In order to establish a city planning assistant decision-making system with convenient access,simple deployment,strong compatibility,and have the ability to display intuitively and excavate deeply of spatial information,the urban planning assistant decision-making system researched and implemented in this paper adopts the form of 3D WebGIS to design and implement.The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)Based on the full understanding of the relevant theories of WebGIS technology and 3D geographic information technology,and combined with the corresponding business background,the business requirements of the urban planning assistant decision-making system supported by 3D WebGIS are analyzed in detail.The requirements of the system for the basic functions of 3D GIS and the requirements of several special 3D GIS functions in the field of road planning and building planning are summarized.Feasibility analysis was made on the resolution of these problems.(2)Making the overall design principles,design goals and overall system structure aiming at the business characteristics of the urban planning assistant decision-making system supported by the 3D WebGIS,and clarify the overall direction of the system design;and combine the results of the demand analysis to plan the specific functional modules of the system,giving detailed description of the design ideas of the modules.(3)In the form of 3D WebGIS,using the modular development method and some third party assistant class libraries to realize the prototype system of urban planning assistant decision-making system supported by 3D WebGIS based on SuperMap GIS.Through the implementation of specific functional modules,embodying the role that the system researched and implemented in this paper can play in the work of urban planning assistant decision-making.
