| With the development of marine engineering advances and the scale of the project continues to expand,the application of various large port machinery and equipment is becoming more and more widespread.Port machinery often use cable power supply,cable laying work will have a greater impact on the efficiency of the subsequent cable connection and the commissioning of the entire power unit group and other work.The collection and placement of cables is one of the important aspects of cable laying work.While the number of port equipment increases,the number and length of cables laid in the distribution network also grows,which puts forward higher requirements on the efficiency,versatility and safety indicators of the cable reeling platform.The cable reel is a winding device that supplies power supply,control power and control signals.The commonly used single-row reel type cable reel has the problems of low cable capacity and unstable tension control.Therefore,it is important to study the improvement of the structure and control system of cable reel to realize the longer distance cable automatic takeup and release with constant tension control.The main research work is as follows:Comprehensive cable reel technology and tension control domestic and foreign research and development status,this paper in common reel type cable reel and existing project working conditions based on the combination of industrial cable take-up row program proposed a PLCbased control,servo drive system as the power of the port machinery cable take-up constant tension control system overall design program.The main structure of the cable reel is designed according to the overall plan,and the mechanical structure design of the reel part and reciprocating screw cable discharge device is completed.Then the reel barrel part is modeled in three dimensions,and ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the structure mechanics of the harbor engine cable reel device.In this paper,the nonlinear dynamics model of the cable take-up and payoff control system of the harbor engine is analyzed and studied,and mathematical models of the take-up and payoff section motors and tension sensors are established and dynamic analysis of the overall load model is performed respectively.The system simulation model is built in MATLAB Simulink to compare the tension control results under different control algorithms and to verify the rationality of the control system in terms of cable take-up and payoff tension control.Through simulation experiments,the cable tension fluctuation range meets the permissible safety requirements for cable movement.In this paper,the electrical schematic drawing,the selection of relevant components,the layout of the electrical cabinet,the PLC program writing and the monitoring interface of the constant tension control system for the harbor machine cable take-up and payoff,and other hardware and software configurations are completed.Based on the control system,the constant tension control of the cable take-up and payoff is completed to ensure that the cable strength is within the permitted safety range,and the results are verified in the actual project to meet the enterprise requirements. |
