With the exploration of marine resources and the environment is increasingly inclined to the deep-sea areas,the traditional single reel winch can not be completed the detection equipment retractable and data transmission tasks at the same time,so set of equipment retractable and communication functions in one of the optic/electric composite cable winch has been a high degree of attention at home and abroad.At present,the solution to the contradiction between retractable equipment and data transmission is to separate the traction of the equipment and the storage of the optic/electric composite cable winch,we select a suitable control algorithm to design the cable storage system of the optic/electric composite cable winch,to realize the variable torque and constant tension control of the winch cable system.At the same time,domestic winch mostly hydraulic as the source of power,compared with the hydraulic winch,electric winch with small size,simple structure,low failure rate and so on.This paper designs and completes a control scheme of electric winch cable storage system,which has important value and engineering significance.Firstly,from the structure,structure and function of the composite cable-winch,the working principle of the cable-cable system is analyzed,the control strategy and scheme of the storage cable system are designed,and the transfer function of the cable-storage system is deduced.And considering the practical factors such as system efficiency and power loss,the main components of the storage and cable system are selected and calculated.Secondly,AMEsim and matlab are used to accurately model and simulate the storage cable control system of the winch.Based on the analysis of asynchronous AC motor vector control principle,the mathematic model and the Simulink simulation model of the motor of the storage cable system are established.At the same time,the simulation model of the cable reel and the cable-laying mechanism is established,and the parameters in the simulation model are completed.In the simulation of the control system,the constant tension control performance of the cable-stayed winch and the tracing performance of the cable-sorting mechanism are studied by analyzing the dynamic response of the storage cable system under the conditions of start-stop,wave interference and traction winch speed.Speed and position of the two control methods,speed and position control of the pros and cons of the two control and scope of application.The simulation results show that the storage cable system has good performance under various conditions.Compared with the position control method,the speed control method has the advantages of wide application range.Finally,according to the AMEsim and matlab simulation results of the storage cable system,useing Siemens PLC and inverter as the control module of the storage and cable control system,constructing the control system of the storage cable of the winch.The hardware configuration and communication settings are completed.The control software of the storage winch and the man-machine monitoring interface are also compiled.
