Seismic physical simulation technology provides economic and effective means of experiment for the theoretical research of the principle of seismic exploration.With the increase of size of seismic physical model and 3D acquisition task increases,single-channel seismic physical simulation acquisition system can not meet the test requirements.In 3D data acquisition for large seismic physical model,the acquisition cycle at a few months or half a year,so urgently need to develop more efficient seismic physical simulation system.In addition,there are improved space for the traditional seismic physical simulation system especially the way of positioning motion control.Therefore,this article tends to the multi-channel seismic physical simulation of the acquisition system development work.Multichannel seismic physical simulation system design is based on the principle of single channel seismic physical simulation system.Multichannel seismic physical simulation acquisition system mainly includes two parts: one is the multiaxial servo motor control,the other is multichannel data acquisition.Through multiaxial servo motion controller,drives,DC servo motor,the magnetic grid position sensor as a hardware device,using MATLAB Simulink simulation show the three closed-loop regulating mechanism in the motion control,complete full closed-loop motion control PID parameter setting.Multichannel acquisition choose NI 1033 casing and two pieces of NI PXI-5922 dual channel acquisition card as a main device,the multichannel preamplifier,adjustable multichannel amplifier,synchronous trigger and Advantech PCI-1784 couter card as auxiliary equipment.And then for the PXI-5922 acquisition card setting sampling rate,sampling points and channel synchronization configuration,make its realize multichannel acquisition function.Finally through the server/client architecture to realize the automatic multichannel seismic physical simulation acquisition system function,using multithreading and synchronization technology to complete the motion control and data acquisition function.After multichannel seismic physical simulation system development has designed,the system noise and positioning error are obviously improved.It is compatible with the functions of the system of single channel seismic physical simulation acquisition,with static and movement two kinds of sampling ways,and two kinds of working mode meet to four-channel parallel sampling.Based on multichannel acquisition,complete mixed collection function,achieve the effect of sampling rate double.
