In the Seismic Physical Simulation Acquisition System,the data acquisition is the key process.We can build up this system with different functions through different acquisition devices.The digital oscilloscope system was used to test the smaller model in different parts.The high precision data acquisition card testing system was used to do the continuous test.In this article,I use LabVIEW to do the programing job,cooperating with hardware devices to set up these two test systems.Digital oscilloscope is the most common test device.The new digital oscilloscope usually has powerful functions and always come up with software.This kind of software are very difficult to use and cannot meet our test requirements in rock physics.I choose LabVIEW to develop user-friendly software to meet our needs.This test system can do the multi-channel test,the tested data was saved into one file and can be easy recalled and analyzed.We can also change the acquisition mode to get a higher vertical resolution.It always cost a lot of time when we test the large physical model,and it will generate tremendous data.It also requires a high measurement accuracy.High precision acquisition card coordinates with motion control card can solve these problems.I use LabVIEW to program the auto test software to do the continuous testing tasks.The software interface was very clear and very easy to start with and have improved the test efficiency deeply.
