Light hydrocarbon analysis is usually analyzed from C1to C9, three componentsincluding alkanes, naphthenes and aromatics show about103peaks. In crude oil, lighthydrocarbon's characteristic is the highest content, the most abundant components,the most obvious change. The large number of parameter combinations of theconcentration and the relative ratio, including the abundant geological information,illustrate the reservoir problems and reflect the reservoir information. But thetechnology has not been widely applied in the site, The reasons lie in: The first one isby the influence of human factor, the different manual sampling speed and operation,may cause the analysis result's deviation. The Second one is the large number ofsamples which the automatic accuracy has low qualitative and evaluation parameterscalculated are relying on manual operation, lead to a heavy workload,On the basis of the analysis of existing light hydrocarbon chromatograph works, aimat the limitations of the light hydrocarbon analysis manual injection and the dataprocessing, develop a light hydrocarbon intelligent analysis system. It is amuti-function application system, which include autosampler, chromatographyanalysis, intelligent data analysis and evaluation, etc..Firstly, design the light hydrocarbon autosampler which includes the design ofhardware control circuit and mechanical structure. It achieve the function exactly, forexample the sample auto-pretreatment, automatic continuous sampling, acquisition ofsignals, etc..Secondly, design the chromatography workstation software, include implementationof instrument control, data preprocessing, data peak judgment, automatic qualitativeand other functions.Finally, the system has been applied in the oil site. According to the applicationprinciple, chose the optimal evaluation parameters. By the comparative experimentbetween automatic injection and manual injection, the repeatability and consistency ofautosampler can come up to the design requirement's standard. The system has a highdegree of automation, reduce the labor intensity and increase work efficiency,promote the light hydrocarbon technology popularization and applicationoverwhelmingly in the site.
