Design Of Automatic Saw Machine Control System

Today,with the rapid development of information,China’s industrial level has also been continuously improved.In particular,the current industry has entered the era of mechatronics,with intelligence,miniaturization,environmental protection,and humanity,and it is already a development trend of industry.Sawing machines have always occupied an important position in industrial production.Due to cumbersome lines,complex operations,difficult maintenance,and low reliability,it is difficult to adapt to the current industrial production needs.The controller was later used to automate the sawing machine(semi-automated and fully automated)but the low level of automation was not as simple as imagined.The controller of this article uses the single-chip microcomputer C8051F340 MCU to be able to make the quick reflection to the complicated information.The price of the one-chip computer is cheap,the volume is smaller and the reaction speed is faster and the proportion of the industrial computer is increasing.A touch screen has been added as an interface for human-computer interaction.The touch screen is easy to operate and has a long service life.The system automatically compiles the corresponding program and realizes the automation of the sawing process.The staff can change the parameters of the touch screen to achieve the purpose of controlling the machine tool.Longer life compared to push-button controllers,saws are more accurate.Touch screen and human-machine interface use RS232 serial port for easy and simple connection.The characteristics of this system make use of a new type of grating sensor.The circuit of this sensor adopts a multi-channel grating signal processing circuit of CPLD.This circuit has the advantages of high accuracy of measurement data,large measurement range and digital(pulse)output.The grating sensor has the advantages of quick response,convenient application,and the like.The optocoupler is used in the connection between the SCM and the load to improve the system’s anti-jamming capability so that the Saw’s reflection is more stable and accurate.Through the design of the automatic sawing machine control system,the function of the sawing machine is improved,automatic feeding,automatic counting and automatic sawing,and a stepping motor is adopted to control the feed speed.Improve the automation of the entire machine.
