In the Twelfth Five-Year Plan,programming points out,strengthen the pollutants emission reduction and management,to speed up the urban sewage treatment,garbage disposal facilities,increase the prevention and control of water pollution in key river valleys strength,strict standards for pollutants discharge and environmental impact assessment.From that,the urban sewage treatment infrastructure construction at present and in the future is still a very long period the social economic construction is one of the important problems.More strict standards and resource conservation and environment friendly society the construction goal,to the city sewage treatment plant construction in the choice of technological scheme optimization and resource to rational allocation and use put forward higher request.So,for urban sewage treatment process program of research and design optimization of parameters will become the sewage treatment plant construction of the necessary premise.GouBangZi town sewage treatment plant project as an example to illustrate the study,the research content including sewage treatment plant water analysis and determine the design parameters,process scheme selection and analysis and optimization,etc.According to the development of the GouBangZi town planning,determine the processing water quality to achieve the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard "(GB18918-2002)level 1 B emission standards:SS = 20 mg/L,BOD5 = 20 mg/L,CODcr = 60 mg/L,NH3-N = 8 mg/L.In combination with the practical situation of GouBangZi town sewage treatment plant of and design requirements,through the secondary treatment process of wastewater treatment plant,the depth of the treatment process and sludge treatment process of analysis and comparison,to determine the "anoxic/aerobic process(A/O process)for the solution of the secondary treatment process and dynamic flow sand filter + uv disinfection system + mechanical concentrated sludge dewatering" sewage treatment plant process.In this scheme,on the basis of structure for the treatment of various design parameters.With "anoxic/aerobic process(A/O process)for the solution of the secondary treatment process,the dynamic flow sand filter as A tertiary treatment and ultraviolet disinfection system for secondary water depth processing,can make the processing water quality reached the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard"(GB18918-2002)level 1 B emission standards,to meet the design requirements of the plant,at the same time,can provide reference for other similar wastewater treatment plant design.
