In this experiment, the intermediates were obtained by siloxane compounds containing primary ammonia as raw material. Succinic anhydride, maleic anhydride and phthalic anhydride were as the acylating agent. The intermediates were reacted with Sodium bicarbonate to synthesize a series of novel organic silicone surfactants with amides bond, the hydrophobic was siloxane, the water based carboxylic was acid sodium, and the linker group was an amide bond. The reaction was the nudeophilic substitution reaction of the primary ammonia and the anhydride, the reaction had the simple reaction conditions and the low cost, which provided the condition for the industrial production. For the simple reason that the water based carboxylic was acid sodium, the product had good water-solubility leading the properties of the surfactants were optimized. In contrast with other surfactants, the surfactants had better acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat stability, biodegradability and hydrolysis resistance, because of the amide bond. The synthesis of 4-(siloxane-2-propylamino)-4-oxo-benzene sodium(MD604-4)were investigated. To obtain the best synthesized condition of 4-(siloxane-2-propylamino)-4-oxo-benzene sodium(MD604-4), we should need 6 steps. The first one of which was phthalic anhydride was reacted with aminopropyl trisiloxane under nitrogen conditions, the raw material mole ratio was about 1.00:1.01. The second one of which was that the material was dropped for 30 min under the ice bath, after which, reacting for 2.23 h at 0.22?, then for another 3.93 h at 24.70?. The third one of which the mixture was distillation to constant weight under reduced pressure to obtained the intermediate, and the yield of intermediate was 88.54%. The fourth one of which the final product was synthesized by the reaction of the intermediate and sodium bicarbonate, and the yield of final product was 95.78%. The structure of the mediate was characterized by 1H NMR and IR.The surfactivity, wetting, foaming and emulsification of the latest products were measured and compared. The critical micelle concentration(cmc) of the new surfactants were between 1.99×10-5 mol/L and 3.16×10-5 mol/L. The surface tension(?cmc)was between 27.00 mN/m and 34.0 mN/m. The result of wetting was consistented with the surface active. The foaming of D604-1 and D603-1 was better than other products, because they contained methoxy group and oxyethyl group.
