Research On The Appearance And Structure Design Of Pilot's Jumpsuits

With the advent of air and space age, Chinese aviation equipment construction and individual pilots equipment construction also ushered in new tasks and challenges. The jumpsuit as an important part of individual pilots equipment,which not only represents a solemn dignity of the country's national image, but also represents a national ethos. At present, Chinese pilot jumpsuit design is developing rapidly in functional design research, but it faced a big problem in appearance and structure optimization design. How to solve the existing problems of pilot jumpsuit appearance and structure design under the ensuring of functionality, we need through the research to find out the design plan which can meet the needs of pilot, and made the jumpsuit that be line with our mighty heroic temperament pilot.This paper mainly studied from six chapters. The first chapter analyzed the concept and definition of pilot jumpsuit, the current development and research status, and pointed out the purpose and significance of the paper; The second chapter made investigation Research on the pilot jumpsuit by setting the questionnaire form, the results of the questionnaire carried out a detailed statistical analysis of classification,provide the basis for the study of theoretical papers; The third chapter through four-part to summarize and research the appearance and structure elements of pilot jumpsuit, such as material, color, shape and decoration design. The fourth chapter is one of the key chapters which deeply and systematically studied the pilot jumpsuit appearance and structural design, including the relationship analysis between the parts of neck, arms, chest, waist and abdomen, and focused on the research of partially functional design in collar, opening-closing way, pockets, provincial and dividing lines, then analyzed difficult problems and formulated a reasonable solution;The fifth chapter is another key section, mainly proved the pilot jumpsuit design and development case of AVIC Huiying, this article was practically supported through determining the design plan, implementing the programs and evaluating the design results. The sixth chapter is summary analysis of the research results, as well as the development trends outlook of pilot jumpsuit appearance and structural design.Appearance and structural design of the pilot jumpsuit is based on the carrier of technology function, appearance and structural design combined with the product,and the use of ergonomics to the pilot jumpsuit deconstruction design research, which not only to enhance the overall pilots spirit, also to improve work efficiency. Hoping this article would contribute some valuable research and exploration on pilot jumpsuit design inheritance and innovation. Combined design research with practice to make theoretical knowledge to get practice tests, and fill up the blanks on the study both home and abroad, provided a reference for the research of pilot jumpsuit appearance and structure design.
