As the two largest trading nations in the world, Sino-US bilateral trade in goods is increasing. While, China and the US is in different stages of development and influenced by technology and international environment the structure of production and trade structure has a huge difference. The Chinese exports is providing impetus for the development of the world economy, at the same time China has paid a tremendous resource and environmental costs,especially suffered tremendous pressure in terms of carbon emissions. With the development of economic globalization and product internationalization, the situation that the implicit carbon contained in the trade in goods transfers with trade should be placed in a fairer and more reasonable position. In the environment of the separate of production and consumption, we should determine the responsibility and obligation of ourselves so as to create a harmonious relationship between economic development and balance national environmental pressure, and this also o can conducive to long-term development to improve the world's environment and economy.In this context, the research on the transfer of implicit carbon emissions in the Sino-US goods trade can define their respective responsibilities and obligations, also can help China to establish a good international image. In this paper, the author use input-output analysis method to estimate the transfer of embodied carbon emissions in bilateral trade in goods. From the measurement data, we can clearly know that the transfer of embodied carbon emissions in Chinese export is far greater than it in import. This means that China assumes a considerable amount of the implicit transfer of carbon emissions and the corresponding responsibility of carbon emissions for the United States. By using structural decomposition analysis, this paper shows that emissions intensity and trade structures have reduced the transfer of the implicit carbon emissions; the size of trade and the structure of produce have increased the transfer of implicit carbon emissions. However, the impact and contribution of each factors on the transfer of implicit carbon emissions in export and import is different. This also reflects that two countries should take different measures to reduce the transfer of implicit carbon emission. Through analysis of the competitiveness of the relational model in this article, we can know that: the expansion of trade in goods could increase the transfer of implicit carbon emissions. The degree of environmental responsibility should be reduced accordingly 0.05 percentage points when the Competitiveness of goods increased one percentage point.This paper summarizes at the end of article, and suggests the corresponding policy recommendations. The expansion of trade in goods results an increase of the transfer of implied carbon emissions. The transfer of implied carbon emission in trade is relatively concentrated in specific sectors and the amount of transferred carbon emission in export of China is far greater than import. As a result, China should adjust the production structure, change the existing implicit carbon accounting methods, and strengthen international cooperation.
