Objective:To explore a novel naphthalimide antitumor angents which have more pronounced selective effect.To explore the modes of interaction between naphthalimide ramification and DNA molecules.Methodes:Now according to the designed routes there are eleven targeted synthesis of labeled compound synthesized;on the basis of the research and design of the literature,here we study on naphthalimide ramification and DNA molecules by spectroscopy.Results:Through the spectroscopic studies of the sample compound and DNA optical spectroscopy and the fluorescence spectroscopy,as the data shows that:the sample compound can be embedded into macromolecular DNA base pairs,according to the UV data displayed.Along with the increasing of DNA content,the system absorbance intensity will be gradually reduced and there will be red shift phenomenon except the individual(2),which initially illustrated that DNA macromolecular and sample compounds is in the way of embedding and caused DNA formation changes.According to the data and fluorescence spectra direct action between sample compounds and DNA macromolecules,except 4 with nitro that which can't be measured any fluorescence,the fluorescent of othersample compounds change along with the increasing of DNA content,indicating that the sample compound is in combination with DNA occurred.Through fluorescence spectra and data of sample compounds and complexes of DNA-EB we found that,along with the increasing of sample compounds content,the fluorescence intensity of the system decreases,which shows that more stable complexes is formed than DNA-EB,as described we know that the sample compound is the DNA intercalator.Through the variable temperature experiments between Sample Compounds and DNA and DNA-EB complex,we can illustrate the quenching phenomenon is mainly static quenching,and its binding mode of action is based on hydrogen bonding to combine.Through the ion fluorescence assay(I-,Na+)we found that the sample compounds embedded in DNA which is described from other aspects.Conclusion:(1)According to the designed routes there are eleven targeted synthesis of labeled compound synthesized:(2)Interaction between representative samples and DNA by spectroscopy showed that these naphthalimide-polyamine conjugates is in combination with DNA occurred and caused DNA formation changes.And exist the substituent effect of aromatic nucleus.
