Reheating furnace is one of the important equipment of steel rolling production line, also is the large energy consumption in iron and steel industry, thus improve the heating efficiency of heating furnace, reducing energy consumption, energy saving is of great importance to the whole steel industry. To establish a practical sports equipment model of billet heating furnace production prediction and research have very important significance and value.Based on the walking beam reheating furnace system, the paper makes a study on modeling, control and simulation of reheating furnace motion device. First, analyzed the walking beam reheating furnace machinery organization, established the mathematical model of the hydraulic device and electric motor device, which lay a foundation to establish motion device's model of reheating furnace.Secondly, the process of the walking beam reheating furnace are introduced, main structure of sports equipment of reheating furnace is established. Using the mathematical model of hydraulic device and electric motor device established charging roller, loading door, steel machine, walking beam, the steel material machine, the oven door and out roller model, and then using MATLAB simulation verifies the validity of the model.Thirdly, the article analyzed the optimization of the heating furnace group scheduling, set up the mathematical model of a group of heating furnaces optimal operation. Genetic dispersion search algorithm for the mathematical model is established to find the minimum value of the objective function, a Matlab program to realize the genetic algorithm, the computing simulation is carried out with related data. Through the experiment has proved the validity of the mathematical model and algorithm, furnace swarm optimization scheduling of satisfactory results have been achieved.Finally,based on the Siemens series PLC and Wincc and touch screen,motion equipment control simulation platform of the furnace is built up. S7-200 PLC as the model of the carrier, through the touch screen smart700 human-computer interaction, setting parameters can be modified in order to adapt to the needs of different sports equipment heating furnace. Model parameters can view and modify on the touch screen,this can better realize the sports equipment of heating furnace simulation run. In the S7-400 PLC to write to the whole control program of sports equipment, after table definitions related to communication, touch screen, S7-200 PLC S7-400 PLC and PC can real time communication, the movement of the whole system of the heating furnace can realize the simulation of control process,Motion control technology of the furnace can be provided research platform for further research.
