With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of industrialization,the energy consumed by industrial production is increasing.The consumption of nonrenewable energy is irreversible.In terms of energy utilization,China is at a low level.After 30 years of reform and opening up,the development of China's steel and iron has made great progress.Due to the improvement of technology level,the output of steel and iron has been rising rapidly in China.Along with the increase and development speed of China's steel production,there is a problem of energy waste and environmental pollution.The reheating furnace is a necessary equipment in the whole process of steel production,and it is the first process in the rolling process.Improving product quality is one of the three standards in steel and iron industry.The quality of products mainly depends on the heating status of slab.The process of heating slab is a physical and chemical process,which is influenced by many factors.Utilizing the principle of computational fluid dynamics,the geometric model of half of the heating furnace is established.The computational domain is meshed with the method of local encryption at the inlet and outlet and near the burner.The heating of the reheating furnace is carried out by FLUENT 16.2.Several different types of changing burner position are adopted to improve the heating efficiency of the reheating furnace.Through comparative analysis,the location of burner with relatively high heating efficiency is obtained,the reasons for the problems arising in the analysis are found out,and solutions are put forward in different forms.The influence of different fuel quantity and air quantity on the temperature of the heated steel slab is simulated.The difference between fuel quantity and air quantity plays a certain role in improving the quality of slab.At the outlet of each region,the temperature has been improved.Changing the gas quantity and air quantity of the burner can not improve the uneven temperature distribution in the process of slab heating.The influence of the number of burner on the heated slab of the heating furnace is simulated and calculated.When the number of burner is reduced,the heating efficiency of the reheating furnace is improved and the temperature distribution of the slab is even.To change the inlet boundary condition of the burner,the air inlet of the burner and the gas inlet are interchanged,the temperature of the slab is improved and the cover area of the flame is larger.The change of supporter of combustion is the replacement of air with oxygen.When the burner position does not change,it shows high heating efficiency,the slab reaches a high temperature value,and the temperature distribution of the slab and the furnace is more uniform.In the simulation calculation of third ways of air entering into different structural forms,adding third ways of air improves the problem of short flame at the juncture burner and smaller temperature difference between adjacent slab.
