Research On Reinforcement Technology Of The Chamber For Conveyor Head In Xinzhuang Coal Mine

As the depth of mining increases, strata behaviors become more and more serious, especially for the large cross section chamber,because of the influence of mining pressure, fractured surrounding rock and low intensityis one of the main problems in coal mines. With the head chamber of Xinzhuang Coal Mine as research object,the support problems of chamber with fractured surrounding rock caused by high stress are studied in this thesis. The original support of the head chamber with solting and shotcreting with wire mesh doesn't work well,the lifting beam at the top of the head chamber bends,two sides move to each other,roof to floor displacement is obvious,leading to inclination of motor base,inducing misalignment and fracture of connecting shaft of strong belt conveyor motor and reducer, the serious accidents such as shut down and outage occur.Firstly,research status at home and abroad is reviewed,based on the collected field data of the head chamber of Xinzhuang Coal Mine, the destruction causes of the chamber with original support are analyzed; the surrounding rockis classified by stability; through establishing mechanics model, causes of deformation and failure of surrounding rock are analyzed completely; according to the action principle of bolt-grouting support and surrounding rock,the new supporting scheme is proposed,ie., the roof and two sides of the chamber use grouting bolt, the floor and bottom angle use grouting cable anchor. Using FLAC3 D numerical calculation software, the stress and displacement change law are simulated and the support scheme is improved;finally, industrial application test is performed to check the support effcet of the new supporting scheme, field observations indicate that: the new supporting scheme reinforcing the head chamber works well, deformation of the surrounding rock is controlled efficiently.
