The reserve of China's coal mining under the villages is huge, which is up to 5.221 billion tons. The coal mining under the villages spread over the mining area. The reserve of these areas is accounted for 10%~30% of the mines' generally. In the Wang taipu, the digging wok of NO.3 coal seam has already finished. The NO.9 and NO.15 coal seam are almost exhausted. The rest coal resource is covered by the all construction. For freeing the resource under the village and expanding the serving span, we need to study the coal mining technology, meanwhile for the protection of the buildings on the ground.In this paper, Wang Taipu mine XV2214(East) working face is the study object. The author conducts the research of Optimization Design of roadway backfill mining by means of data analysis, theoretical research, simulation experiment, field measurement and prediction analysis; a specific study of problems of roadway backfill mining technology including the mining process, layout of roadway, roadway support, filling technology, equipment and other key technical problems. According to the measured data, the variation law of the roadway backfill mining deformation has been analyzed; through the field investigation, proposing the safety technical measures of filling mining roadway. Combining with the similar simulation experiment and the key layer theory, the variation rule of the roadway backfill mining overlying strata and coal pillar stability are studied, and the results show that the roadway backfill mining coal pillar can effectively control deformation of overlying strata for its great stability. Based on the measured data and the probability integral, the roadway backfill mining surface movement and deformation are studied, and the study results show that the roadway backfill mining surface building damage level is within the range of grade I influence. To sum up, the above studies illustrate the roadway backfill mining can liberate coal under villages; can protect the surface buildings effectively, also can improve the recovery rate of coal resources which increases economic benefit and social benefit for the coal mine.
