Diebase is used to fix and support other parts in a set of mold, which is the basic framework it. Due to the obvious regional differences of the diebase standard, there exist many types of diebase during the real production process, which caused a lot of troubles during the design procedure. Besides, the subsequent design process will also cause certain influence on the diebase design, because the designer needs amend and perfect the diebase frame structure according to the actual needs. Diebase design based on configuration can effectively solve the question of diversity in the mold design and subsequent modification. So, the mold CAD technology was adopted to realize die set configuration, to improve the efficiency of mould design, reduce the design cost is of great significance.Based on deep study of fine blanking die design process, the characteristics of diebase and the design method, the author put forward the configuration of precision stamping dies and standard parts design system of the overall system framework and define the function of each member of the diebase. The parametric technology, assembly technology and database technology are used during the design, besides,the variable correlation technique is applied during the parts design procedure, these technologies fulfill the transfer of process information during the design. According to the characteristics of the fine to the various parts of die mould frame, related parameterized model is set up, and on the basis of the design and assembly model is set up and configure the template library, to record and to reuse the die set information in the design process,developed based on the configuration of precision stamping dies and standard parts design system. In addition, also realized the die set in the form of human-computer interaction component library of extension, the framework design process is more flexible and efficient.The author according to the study, based on Unigraphics NX platform, design based on configuration of precision punching die are studied and standard parts, the design of the system for later of precision stamping die CAD system development provides thereference value of the research materials.
