The Research On The Structure Design System For Fine Blanking Dies Based On Solid Works

The structure design system is the ma in module of the modeling part of Dies CADsystem. With the development of the Dies CAD Technology, nowada ys the Dies structuredesign system offers a platform that combined with mutual and automa tic method. Areasonable structure design system that very suit for real Dies design Processing canreduce the repeated design so as to highly increase the design efficiency.In this paper, the author analyze the principles and characteristics of the fine bla nkingtechnology, briefly introduce the whole function and the frame structure of theFineBla nkWorks system, which is a fine-bla nk dies CAD system.; And the followingchapter summa rize the method of the redevelopment of SolidWorks based on COM.Finally in this paper, the author discuss the characteristics of the structure of the fineblank dies, and particularly introduce the functions and the developing method of everymodule s of the structure design system, such as Diebase design,Standard Part design andWork Area Part design. All these functions are based on Parametric design method. Thestructure design system also realizes the functions of automa tic compute of the screwlength and Force center of ejectpin.The structure design part of FineBla nkWorks system highly increase the efficiencyof the fine-bla nk dies design according to the real characteristics and requirement of thefine-bla nk dies structure design.
