Electroplating industry as a special and extremely important industry has been attached importance and concern by the country, enterprises and the public from all walks of life. In the service industry, it can bee seen in various walks of life. Nowhere can’t we see its shadow no matter the airline industry or a small jewelry. But, it also has an awkward identity-- pollution producer. While it provides services for all walks of life, Electroplating wastewater that is produced by electroplating enterprises in the process of making is like life garbage which follows closely behind. Harmfulness of electroplating wastewater can not be underestimated. In order to make electroplating industry keep pace with the times, conform to the contemporary concept of green development, conform to the requirements of circular economy and sustainable development, all are using various kinds of processing technology actively to prevent and treat electroplating wastewater now.This paper uses the investigation method,comparative analysis method, literature research method. Basing on the actual situation in Shishi electroplating wastewater treatment project, this paper combines with the relevant national policies and regulations and then compare all kinds of process of electroplating wastewater treatment. In the view of that,many factors are taken into consideration such as the selection and design of sewage treatment scheme 、 construction of the factory 、 analysis of the cost of production and expenses 、 optimization of quality management and arrangement of construction schedule. The paper uses the method of project management to analysis. The optimization design of Shishi electroplating wastewater treatment project operating orderly, running stability. It have a huge benefit for reduce water pollution, have a promotion role for electroplating wastewater treatment.
