Coke Enterprises Integration Analysis Of Clean Production And Circular Economy

Coking Industry pollutes the ecosphere extremely and threatens the local environment. This study of cokemaking clean technology, which is originally the end of passively harnessing of pollution, has been transformed into total process control that is the embodiment of new concept of sustainability. The important way of clean technology and control the emission of pollution, is industrial scale and structure upgrading.This study has macroscopically introduced the status of Coking Industry in China and in consideration of environment protection analyzed various aspects of environment properties, such as air, water and noise pollution in the Industry. Then the study has described new environmental requirements for Coking Industry。This study, take one coke plant in Shaanxi for example, has analyzed the backward industries eliminated through project recognition, which could decrease pollutant emission. The clean production technology of this enterprise has been analyzed, and basing on these, the industrial structure of circular economy has been proposed. From the point of view of lengthening the production chain of circular economy and facilitating resources utilization of Coking Industry, the study has proposed optional supporting industries based on cokemaking and showed the large-scale development of coke plant is an effective way to control the environmental pollution。...
