In the steelmaking process,the functions of LF furnace provide temperature-qualified and components-qualified steel for the next process(casting) at a predetermined time. This requires the end of LF furnace temperature and sulfur content meet the requirements at the same time.By qualitativly analyzing the factors that affect the end temperature and sulfur content,determine the coupling between steel desulfurization process and the heating process. Coordination control regard the end temperature molten sulfur content as a whole endpoint control indicators,end temperature of molten steel and sulfur content synchronization endpoint compliance issues can be taken into account,this helps to achieve synchronization control temperature and sulfur content of the molten steel,improve the accuracy of endpoint control. Therefore, establishing the model of the end temperature and the sulfur content is necessary.Controling thermodynamic conditions of the desulfurization process will not only bring steel slag temperature drop, but also determines the submerged effect of powered heating effect, thus affecting the thermal efficiency of the arc in the heating process. Thus establish the amount of slag and temperature drop, the amount of slag and the model of electric arc thermal efficiency. On this basis, through the analysis of LF furnace energy balance,determine the other factors of effect of temperature, due to the complexity of the heat loss lining,through knowledge of transfer,the lining is treated as semi-infinite objects to solve,establish mechanistic model of end temperature forecasts.Temperature of molten steel desulfurization process will speed up dynamic conditions, the desulfurization rate, therefore, finally Sulfur Content Prediction should consider the impact of its heating process, the establishment of final sulfur content forecasting model based on the reaction kinetics of the desulfurization conditions, by the end of the slag build models identified as sulfur capacity, sulfur distribution ratio, oxygen activity, such as the end of the activity coefficient of sulfur sulfur content model parameters.By researching the coordination and control process of the sulfur content and the molten steel temperature.Together the model of the end temperature and sulfur content,establish coordination optimization model, precisely controll the temperature of the molten steel and sulfur content. The simulation results can be found in this article reflects the optimization scheme is reasonable and good flexibility,not only achieve precise control of temperature synchronization and sulfur content, but also achieve the energy saving, designed to reduce production costs.
