Status And Problems Study Of Rural Waste Management

Building a new socialism countryside is the major strategy, which made by the Party Central Committee in the new era. this is an important way to resolve the "three rural" issue, and a clean and tidy village is important part for the new rural construction, and aspect of the construction of countryside ecology civilization. Dawa, located in Panjin city, is a famous agricultural country, with a vast rural territory, a large peasant population, abundant agricultural resources and complex industrial structure. Therefore, the components of rural garbage are complex, and thus the environmental pollution problems are much more serious, the constructions of Rural Waste Management System and Ecological Environment construction show obvious characteristics, which are related to the development of region economy and ecological environment.In recent years, the social economy of Dawa country has been developing quickly, the peasant's income has been increasing and the living standard has been improving greatly. At the same time, the rural residents'consumption structure has undergone fundamental changes, and leading to the increasing category of waste and their complex degree of physical and chemical characters, and increasing the demand for the classification of different waste processing. Therefore, it is a very important issue to explore an suitable rural waste management method for the situation of Dawa country, and build a more perfect and rational rural waste management system for classifying the large number of rural garbage with complex composition and physical and chemical properties. This is not only according with the demand of constriction of new socialism countryside, but also and the fundamental needs of sustainable development and recycling economy.Under the above background, this paper studied the construction and optimization of Dawa rural waste management system, and the main research work includes the following sections:First, this paper studied the related literature and theoretical research status, analyzed and summarized the process and results, which laid the theoretical basis and cleared the significance of the study.Secondly, based on the research of situation of Rural garbage in Dawa, this paper identified the particularity of this study in terms of the general theory of rural waste management system, the problems in Dawa rural waste management system were analyzed, and Dawa rural environmental awareness circumstances through questionnaires were surveyed, the above methods and achievements provided information and public opinion for constructing the rural waste management system of Dawa country.Third, this paper analyzed the physicochemical and regeneration properties about rural waste in Dawa country, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process method was used to analyzed the rural waste recycling and processing system quantitatively, and analyzed the suitability of various garbage collection handling and recycling method for Dawa country. These results provided data for establishing the most suitable technical solution of Dawa rural waste disposal program.Finally, this paper analyzed the main problems existed in Dawa rural waste management system. For these problems, this paper showed an improved rural waste management system for Dawa country, and put forward the corresponding solving measures.
